Your maintenance log

Fill in the blank rows, then download a CSV for your spreadsheet or print to paper or PDF. Entries stay in this tab only and are lost on refresh. They are not sent to CarBindr.

6 rows. Download your log before leaving this page. Changing units or currency changes labels only; it does not convert values.

What to put in a service log

  • The service date and odometer reading, with miles or kilometers clearly labeled.
  • The work actually performed. Write “inspected” when something was checked and “replaced” when it was changed.
  • The shop or DIY provider, cost, and a receipt reference you can find later.
  • Useful details such as the oil specification or part number from the invoice. Leave unknown details blank.

One row per service makes the history easier to scan. If one invoice covers several services, reference the same receipt on those rows and avoid counting the full invoice total more than once.

A record is different from a schedule

This log records completed work. It does not decide when work is due. Use your vehicle’s manufacturer maintenance schedule for that. If the previous history is missing, see how to establish a starting point.
